Before payment
-I only accept references with at least a front and back view and digital colour sheet. (p)
-Additional elements cost extra.
-Final price is calculated individually.
-Production can take from one month to even three months.
-If commission has to be done for the exact date, tell me.
-I can't ship to PO-boxes
-please keep in mind, that I do own a cat. He isn't allowed to walk on my working area, but he is allowed in the room. i can't promise that your product will be pet-free, but if you're allergic please tell me, so i can be extra cautious
Payment:
-Payment doesn’t include shipping.
-I will send you an invoice through PayPal
-i can divide a price into 2 payments (first before i start working and second one after I send you photos of a finished product)
-Payment must be made within 48 hours after sending an invoice
-No refunds, I order materials right after payment
Process:
-W.I.P.s will be sent regularly, if something is wrong throughout the process, tell me.
-I don’t sew clothes (p)
-Pattern can be modified slightly. I will change the shape of head, nose, eyes, cheek fluff, ears, tail and other if needed. (p)
-Shape of paws, legs and body can’t be changed. (p)
-Near the end, big changes can’t be made.
